Notes:
Upper, Low and Middle-Income Countries registration Fee refers to Upper, Low income and Lower-middle-income economies, as defined in accordance to the World Bank Country Classification. Check here the list of Countries. This fee is only applicable to non-sponsored registration and will be invoiced to the individual participant
The Student Fee is only applicable for students at university/college level who have not finished their degree yet (Bachelors, Masters, or Doctoral degree). A scertificate confirming the student status at the time of registration signed by the Head/Chair of the Department or Director of Doctoral Studies is required to be sent.

If you need an invitation letter for your visa application please fill all the requested fields and provide a passport copy during the registration process. You will be able to download the invitation letter from your personal area.
The letter is not legally or financially binding on the organizing secretariat.
The organizers will not directly contact embassies or consulates on your behalf.
Refund requests due to a visa denial must be submitted before the congress with the official denial letter and addressed to the event’s organizing secretariat.
