e-POSTER GUIDELINES
The ICAP2026 e-poster session will be organized as follows:
- Schedule: from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m and from 2:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
- Presentations: each contribution will be presented in a 5‑minute oral presentation.
- Required material: 3 slides are required for each presentation.
Please find below some further instructions to prepare your poster:
- Format file: .pdf
- Slides number : 3
- Maximum size 200 MegaByte
- Horizontal orientation
- Resolution 1080 (height) × 1920 (width) pixel
- Privilege info graphics and images, which result more readable
- Pictures and images copyrights shall always be checked and notified
- Please re-name your poster with the poster code number assigned in the final program before to upload it on the platform (titles or special characters are not supported as a file name)
HOW TO UPLOAD YOUR POSTER
- Click on the link https://posterit.it/register (available from June 15 to July 17) and login with your e-mail address (Please make sure you use the same address you used while registering).
- Fill in the form provided to activate your account.
- Upload your poster
Exceptional cases:
- If you need to upload posters on behalf of different authors, you must access the platform using each author’s credentials (name, surname, and email address). This ensures that each poster is correctly associated with its respective author.
- Similarly, if your poster(s) will be uploaded by a colleague, you must provide them with your registration details so they can upload the poster under your account.
